Todd Christensen, SFC US Army grandson of Lt Christensen, has just received his wings from US Army Airborne School at Ft Benning,GA and we congradulate him. Todd relates that his Grandfather Robert had said that he never wore his parachute, instead he sat on it. He said if he was shot down he did not want to live since being captured by the Germans was a more terrifying thought. But he made it and flew 50 missions. Now Todd, as his grandson, jumps out of perfectly good airplanes " Just for the fun of it".
