Howard Stacy
Lt Stacy, a pilot in the 757 Bomb Squadron, was on 459th B G Mission # 63, 6/25/44 to Avignon, France in B-24 " Back Magic " when they had engine trouble and had to divert to Mayorca, Spain and were internned for 3 months ( must have been terrible duty/). We are awaiting the details on this story from his som Glenn Stacy. Lt Stacy also flew in the B-24 " Naughty Angel ".`
