Stuart Schuyler
1st Lt Stuart Schuyler was assigned to the 459th BG 757th Squadron.

Stuart Schuyler, born September 26, 1918 died today, March 11, 2014. He had been retired in Portugal for over 25 years and had been active in many English speaking organizations including a book club, Democrats Abroad, where he once held the job of Chair, the American Legion where he was the Commander and Americans in Portugal.
During 1944 he graduated from Oberlin College and in July joined the US Army Air Corps where he was trained as a Navigator and rose to the rank of 1st Lt. In October 1944 he went to the Mediterranean Theater and flew missions in the PO Valley, North Apennines, Balkans, European Theater, Rhineland and Central Europe.
Stuart received an Air Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters, the European Theater Campaign Ribbon and a Presidential Unit Citation. In September 1945 he returned home and joined the Air Force Reserve.
During the Korean War he was recalled to active duty and served in Korea. He stayed in the reserves for over 20 years and received his military retirement benefits at age 60.
