Lt Ted Ringwald was a Pilot in the 757 Bomb Squadron with other members of his crew being Lt Cryil " Jack " Rombach- Navigator; Si Sciutto-Co-Pilot; Earl Porter-Radio Operator; Jerry Tavolott- Engineer; Ed Raether and Art Fiveash- Waist Gunners.

Ted Ringwald has an account of one of their missions-- 459BG M # 219 to bomb the Skoda Arms Works Factory on 3/25/45 at Prague, CZ on Pages 155-56 in the 459th BGA`s History Book "Coffee Tower" where they had to deploy parachutes from the waist positions to stop their crippled B-24 at Giulia Field after losing their hydralic system due to flak damage over the target. As late as the war was on March 25, 1945 the flak was intense on this mission and Ted`s plane was very badly damaged on this mission.
